Looking for Folder Syncing Software

I'm looking for a file / folder syncing software or ulility similar to the Briefcase feature in XP. Any suggestions?

Synchronize! X Plus looks like a good software package for doing what you want. It doesn't have its own page, so you'll have to scroll down to the section of the page I linked to about it.

I have no clue what that briefcase feature you're talking about is, but if you want to synchronize folders, the best app out there is FoldersSynchronizer. One of the very few shareware apps that I thought was worth buying for me; I tried loads of other apps, this was the best. Great support, and awesome for backups, too!
