Looking for good noise reducing, phone capable earphones

Looking for earphones (not buds) that reduce noise by at least 25 Dba, and hopefully more, and also allow phone calls and voice dictation. I work as a lawn care and tree care specialist who uses some very noisy equipment.
Thanks for any suggestions.
