Looking for good replacement for a failed optical drive on my iMac 20" (late 2006)

Hi guys, can anyone suggest a good replacement that would be compatible for my iMac?

Also, is in anyway possible to upgrade my graphics processor?

You definitely can't upgrade your graphics. As far as replacing the Superdrive, you could find a replacement part online (do some google searches), or perhaps you could just get an external USB drive.
