I have an original iphone, that I have been using all this time. I keep postponing upgrading. It's slow and obviously doesn't have many of the current features, but has lasted. I just cracked the screen, and although the phone/screen is still working, I want to look into other options. I am month 2 month with unlimited data.
I think my choices are to stay month 2 month and pay for an unlocked phone (expensive), try to wait until September for iphone 5 and then upgrade or ? If I were to buy an iphone from someone on craigslist, just to make sure I have a working phone, would I have to upgrade and take on a 2 year contract with at&t?
What would you do and why? I also have an ipad that I use at home with my wireless nextwork, but would be interested in hot spotting.
