Looking for "hacks" for Mountain Lion

Note: Please, no debating wether the changes are good or bad; everyone has their opinion and that's that.

I am looking for any hacks, tips, etc. on how to:

1. Make the Safari tabs a single size like in the previous version, instead of having them resize depending on the number of tabs displayed.

2. Disable search from address bar. I don't need the search box back, I just want to prevent the address bar from running Google searches.

3. Remove the "Reader" button from Safari.

4. Remove the far right menu icon (notifications?) so that the spotlight icon is back to its previous position.

5. Revert to iChat instead of Messages.
