Hello and hows everyone!

I am looking to get some new headphones for my new iphone 4 :D.

my price range is up to £250. However iv seen a pair of Bowers & Wilkins P5 for £215 and i really like the way they look and have been told that they sound amazing aswell, only problem with them is the wiring its rather thin and delicate. Ps it has to have a mic and a three button control.

Any suggestions??

thanks!!! :)

I have the P5's and really like them. The cables are a little thin but the nice thing is they are replaceable. They come with two cables, one with the mic and one without. Good luck in your search.

I've heard great things about the P5's and we also have a review of them. You will be surprised however to know that even a $70 earphones will be a great choice for you like the new a-Jays Four. (review coming soon for that)

thanks your the replies!

So a 70 pound range headphones could sound equally as good?? If can find my self a pair in that range I would love to go for it.

I mainly lissen to r&b/hip hop/pop and just like something to sound great, i dont know alot about sound nd the way headphones r meant to sound.

My first option was going to be the Scosche IDR655m, bt for some reason am not convinced that good sound can come out of earbuds, compared to the like headphones. If thats not the case however, r there earbuds like better than the scosche in the 100 price range??

thansk

I love the beats by dre Studios and the Solo HDs. They are both great. The studios require batteries for noise cancellation. The solo HDs do not. They both overall sound great and they are very comfortable.

^
tnx.

are these the ones you mean with the active noise cancellation?
Monster Beats by Dr. Dre Studio High Definition Headphones

because i have found them for 169 pound is that cheap?

The batteries are not actually used for noise cancellation, they are used to amp the headphones.. They just block some background noise that's all. There are battery-less headphones that block out way more noise than the Beats.

could you please name some for me, but they must have a mic + controls. thanks!

nd also studio vs B&W p5 which one??

if your looking for "real" beats by dre. buy them at the apple store or best buy. anywhere online they are fake.

btw can anyone please suggest some cables to replace the b&w p5 ones, ones with a mic and controls?

i dont like any of the beats, just me though....

check out Audio Technica ESW9 or ESW10, they dont have mics or anything, but they are fantastic portables.
