My problem is my pictures are to big.

I load them into iPhoto and go to the "constrain" tab. I usually select one of the smaller options and then click the "Done" tab.

I then move the picture to my desktop and attempt to upload it to my PhotoBucket Page. Problem is the picture is still to big. Another words, the "constrain" did not work.

What to do? And thanks in advance!

My understanding is that the Constrain tool is to be used with cropping: it does not effect export size. But then I've not really used iPhoto for over a year as I have Aperture. Perhaps the help can help?

If you want to resize the image you can go to file, export and in that under file export, scale image no larger than and change it to resize it.
