Looking for iOS6 Passbook utility or testbed

I'm testing some of the new IO6 "passbook" features in one of my apps...trying to accept and use Passes. But, how to create those passes in the first place?

I'm assuming that Apple will eventually create some kind of pass-creator tool for developers, but not yet it seems. I don't really want to sit down and write it myself, would rather invest time in the "receiving" end.

Does anybody know of a pass-creating tools or utilities that have been created?

Yeah, docs are pretty straightforward.

Have now generated a few passes and am playing with them.

I know this question is pretty old but I just found this video showing what looks like a web interface for designing Passes. http://youtu.be/fsEJiwTFno0

You can actually see how the pass will look like as you design it. Pretty cool I thought. The Pass Designer isn't available from their home page.. just wondered, does anyone have access to this already?
