iPad Looking for iPad 10.2 256GB in stock in the UK - any ideas?

I've not been having much luck with the Apple website and need this as a valentines gift in the next two weeks.

Any idea where I can source an iPad 10.2 256GB (any colour) in the UK? I thought this was a new model, but is there a new one coming out or something which would explain the tight stock?

Maybe am missing something but Amazon uk have stock of the 256GB wifi versions
