Looking for iPhone 4 Compadible Headphones w/HIGH QUALITY Microphone

Hello everyone,

I am in search of some iPhone 4 compatible headphones with mic for my boss. He currently has the Apple brand ones that come standard with the phone, but people are having trouble hearing him on the mic on that headset. Are there any other compatible headphones with really really good mic quality? He doesn't care as much about the actual headphones so much as the microphone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

All headphone mics are pretty much the same. A bluetooth headset might be a better option, as it's pretty much stationary in relation to one's mouth.
