Looking for Laptop information widgets

Guys a few weeks back I saw a screenshot of someones Macbook Pro and it had this coolest thing that was on the desktop that showed the temps, battery state, and a lot of other information. It's like I almost remember it hanging down from the task bar on top although I could be wrong

I have been looking for one like this, can anyone point me in the right dirtection?

Wait, that app only runs from the dashboard? I was looking for one to ride on the desktop or is there a way to make this one do that?
