I'm looking for an external drive with these criterias:
- At least 20TB.
- Expandable, to at least 48 TB (either via backbone or a lot of bays. The important thing is that the unit is one volume only).
- Thunderbolt connection.
Any suggestions? There must be a lot of people who have these kind of drives today...
Synology have good devices, but I can't find them with Thunderbolt.
Drobo requires an iSCSI card.
Lacie have the "series 20TB" which seems very well priced. But it doesn't seem to be expandable.
