Looking for license key file storage app

Anyone know of a free app that allows you to store all your license key serials/passwords along with license key files?

I have software that not only has a serial, but the license key is actually a file that gets "dropped" on the registration pane of the app. Does anyone know of a license key app that can also store these files too? So far I have only found apps that have a notes field that you can type in the location of where you keep the license key. But I'd like to have something that stores the actual file too. Maybe as an attachment that you can drag in/out.

Use "Keychain Access" for this. It's already a part of OSX, it's free, and it's encrypted!
