Looking for Mac App to rip individual audio channels from DVD

Hello. I am looking for a Mac app to rip individual channels form a dvd. I want to be able to rip or extract only the center channel (dialogue) of a 5.1 soundtrack. i know i can record all the channels as a stereo file with wiretap or audio hijack but i haven't been able to find a Mac program that would let me access the individual audio channels.
any help, link or link to another thread is appreciated.

checked out handbrake and ********* dvd audio ripper. it doesn't seem like they can do it. thought the audio ripper is much closer to what i need. from what i read on the handbrake faq you can't just rip audio. one has to rip the video as well. unless i am missing something.
