Looking for mouse-based windows management

I'm in the habit of having multiple apps and windows open at a time. I'd like to have an app that would would auto-"snap" a window to the top, bottom, left and right half or quarter of the screen when the window is dragged to that region I'm currently using BetterTouchTool, but it only allows for half-screen (right or left side of screen) or maximized. I know of the app SizeUp, but that only uses keyboard commands. As I am a mouse-centric user, I've been hunting for something like that, but to no avail. Would anyone know of any apps that combine the funtionality of SizeUp with mouse controls?

I found this post, but most of the apps have the same functionality as BetterTouchTool. I've also looked into Divvy, but again its keyboard-centric.
