looking for non hard-shell case for the new iPad

Hi:)
Just bought the new iPad and now I'm looking for case with soft (not hard shell) back.
I saw incipio's Premium KICKSTAND Case and I liked it a lot. the only problem I had, it doesn't support on/off options with the front cover.
My budget is 20~$ (in amazon the case above is 20$ [it was yesterday])

I'm not clear what you want. You want a case + cover? Or you already have a cover and just want a case?

I agree $20 might be a little slim for what you're looking for, particularly if it's to include a cover.
