Hi,

I am currently trying TextMate, Bean, WriteRoom, and Circus Ponies NoteBook as a replacement to TextEdit. I'm looking for a "quick and dirty" application.

My aim is to find an app whichy will allow me to see a list of files (e.g. the app can save all the notes in its own database) and open them depending on what I want to see. For instance, I have a temporary AddressBook file in which I will quickly jot down contact details. TextMate is very good for this as you can save the files in a project. However, I miss the ability to paste URL's for them to become hyperlinked.

Which app is people using?

Many thanks in advance.
