Do you mean the orange sport bands included in the Hermes watches? Should be able to find some reseller on ebay, etc.
And it seems you can buy replacement orange sport band from apple support by providing Hermes apple watch serial number and matched iphone serial number. It charges the same amount as regular sport band after that.

Noo, nothing that expensive. Just a sport band that has the size, color and is not a cheap knockoff.
