Looking for PAID Download Manager

Hello, everyone,

I am looking for a good download manager for OS X Yosemite. Safari integration would be great but not a must.

My only requirement is that it be full version paid software, as I don't like ad-ware, beg-ware, donate-ware, buy-our-other-stuff-ware, in-app-purchase-ware, etc.

There are several on the App Store, but most don't have very good reviews or any reviews at all.

uh !! Why do you need a paid download manager and that too the one different from MAC OS inbuilt download manager ? I mean what is the prupose ? how will it help ? Can someone please tell me ?
