Looking for PDF reader that works like Zinio

I want a PDF reader that works as much like Zinio as possible...
- Nice cover view of PDF documents in the library
- One page view in portrait, two page in landscape mode
- Swipe left/right to change pages
- Touch to bring up menu including page thumbnail browser at bottom

Does anything like this exist?

Pretty sure YUDU.com are offering a magazine publishing thing for the iPad now...but knowing them it costs a fortune to use the service.

Do an AppStore search for 'Bookman'. It's very basic and minimal but DOES do two pages side by side when in landscape orientation. It thumbnails covers too.
