Hi all,

I'm looking for a - preferably free - php ticketing system to keep track of orders, repairs, customer questions and the likes for a retail store.

I've been searching the web for this, and one of the better systems i came across was http://www.phpsupporttickets.com/ (not free - low cost is ok).
Although this looks like a good product, it doesn't offer the things we need, like more fields of ticket data (eg: customer, product,...). Just entering them in the 'comment' field isn't an option, as they should be search- and sortable.

I'm looking for something like phpsupporttickets, but customizable.
So, i thought i might try macrumors for some suggestions. Somebody mist know of something like this, right? :)

I realise writing the thing myself would give me everything i need. Unfortunately i lack both the knowledge (and/or the time) to pull this off.

It's either this, or my boss will force us to use excel for these things .

I'll start installing OS X server next week, so send me your suggestions! ;)

Cheers

I really don't like people bumping threads.
That being said, any suggestions?
