Looking for print cache like Fineprint for Windows

On my PCs I use a program called Fineprint and it lets me "print" pages and pages and stores them until I want to print them to a printer all at once or to a PDF and combine them. It's really sweet if you have a shared printer or want multiple pages on one piece of paper.

Anything like this for a Mac?

You can print to PDF through the regular print dialog and I believe that you can use Preview to combine PDFs. Both are standard in OS X. Does that cover everything?

Let's say there is a long thread here on MR. Can I print one page and then the next and then the next and make it into one PDF?

If so, how?!

You can print the page(s) to PDF through the normal Print dialog box, under OS X 10.4.11 there's a PDF button, I imagine it's there in the newer OSes, click it and choose which variety of PDF you want, etc.
