superior sound quality
Compatible with apple bumper

Until 100-120~ $ what is the best option?

Sorry for the missunderstanding, Im looking for in ear.
How is this s4i?
If I listeaning to high voulme 80-90% and sit near someone in the train so he could hear the music?
And someone tried this with apple bumper?

Usually with IEMs because they seal off outside sound you can listen to them at lower levels but perceive them to be at a higher volume versus earbuds.

Personally I use Q Jays which are a good bit above your price range, but I hear fabulous things about their A Jays Four set which are iphone compliant with all the buttons and such. They're about 70 dollars. The only problem is I'm not sure if they fit with the iphone bumper.
