Good morning!
So I am a new iPad Pro owner (2017 10.5" 256Gb). Bought it for my new job as a home inspector and so far its great. Being a lifelong android user I'm slowly learning all about iOS. Now I am looking for a simple app and I need some help. I like doing home projects and I'd like to find a app for planning such projects like a layout program or architecture program. I'm looking for a simple app (free or real cheap) that can give me straight lines and curves with measurements, maybe a few shapes, works with a stylus, ect. I don't need an app that has 3D or those things because I don't plan on doing complex planning. So if you experienced users have any app suggestions for me I'd love to hear about them. Thank you!

A good approach may well be vector based apps like Vectornator (free) or Graphic by Autodesk (not free).
But as for measurements, I only know Concepts that offers that (free with IAP).
