Looking for SMALL Wireless Headphones

I know they have big size wireless headphones out there, but i'm looking for something a lot smaller.... My boss does not mind us listening to music, as long as we can hear the phones ringing and pick them up if the secretary can't. Anyone know of some really small wireless headphones out there? Ideally, i'd like the Apple headphones, wireless, but i doubt there's anything like it. Any suggestions? Thanks!
