looking for software that will enable using AIRTUNES for non-itunes sounds...

im looking for some airtunes software that will enable playing non-itunes music and,... well, every thing audio over my home reciever through my airport xtreme.
any one heard of anything like that?

serial/reg # is 25 bucks. i know i sound cheap, but i dont even have that right now. im a house painter and have been rained outa work for two weeks. im eating canned beans and stuff.
i definatly wana use it though and will when i get back on top.

airfoil has huge lag for me. when i watch a movie or clip on any app. it takes about 3 seconds for the sound to come after the video. i wish there were a way to sync it up.

It says in the documentation that lagging will happen, and it gives you nice step-by-step instructions on how to fix it if you're using VLC or MPlayer.
