One piece of software I am missing from the Windows world in oneNote. Yojimbo has almost all the functionality I require except one thing and that is multi-level collections. The way oneNote had that was with tabs at the top as sections and then each sections can have any number of pages or sub pages. Is there a way to have this kind of functionality in Yojimbo?

Is there a another solid note taking application that has all the functionality of Yojimbo and multi-level "collections" (I have tried quite a few and none of them really match up against oneNote)?

Personally i like the notebook function within microsoft word. It lets you use tabs for your notebook and everything.
