i look for something
i have mac-book pro 13 2018

my charging cable to my mac book come from the cabin
the charging power is inside the cabin
i am looking for some kind of adapter that i can connect :
1) Ethernet cable for my router ( the router also inside the cabin )
2) and the chrging cable
3)and HDMI

there all need to stay inside the cabin
and just one cable will go outside from the cabin
and will connect to my mac-book pro 13 2018
i have the original cable and the power charging
 
Sounds like what you want is either a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 "hub" inside your "cabin" (I'm assuming you mean some kind of desk device, not a literal log cabin) with a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 cable running to the laptop providing Power, Video and Ethernet.
 
yes , all with Thunderbolt 3
i want also to SSD big and fast storage

yes it is like open cabin for air flow
 
What you want is a "thunderbolt 3 dock" - there are numerous choices available, with differing ports and somewhat crucially, amount of power provided. Your MBP has somewhat modest power requirements (60w I believe?), which most hubs will provide, but some that may seem ideal for your needs may not provide enough power to the laptop. i.e. OWC and Akitio (who OWC now owns) both offer their own branded versions of the same dock, which has 2x SATA bays, ethernet, DisplayPort, USB, etc - sounds perfect right? It only provides 27W of power to the computer.
 
so What model you advise me to buy ?
from those numerous that work well with mac-book pro 13 2018
i think also to connect external GPU
so it will be need power to procreate so much connected
also with charging
