Looking for some specific programs for work.

Hi all.
Long story short.

I work at a norwegian prison. We allow inmates to have a laptop (windows)
Its restricted, so wifi, bluetooth, usb, bios are locked down. And only a standard user account.

We are looking into to allow inamates to have a mac, but I need to know if we can secure it enough to allow it.

So here is what I use on the windows laptop.
Gilisoft USB blocker.
Runtime GetDataBack
Space Sniffer (free)
USB-History (free)
Browser-History (free)

Is there a mac equivalent to these programs.
I have bought a mac myself to start testing, so this will be exciting.
