Hey James,

Not sure I can help you through Adobe GoLive, but I can tell you that,
the web space the site is going to be hosted on needs to support databases (preferably MySQL) in order to install a word press database.

You'll be glad to know most web hosting companies now offer this as standard,
and some even offer automated scripts which will install WordPress for you, instantly!
