Looking for specific iTunes control app

Good day all,

I was browsing in one of the monthly wallpapers threads and stumbled onto this one.

First and foremost I want to sincerely apologize to the owner of the original post as I forgot to take note of his name so I could give him credit for his very beautiful image.

Now, if you look at the bottom left of the image you can see some iTunes controls as well as the info on the song currently playing. I was wondering if any of you ladies and gentlement could help me in locating this app. I truly like the look of it and would like to snag a copy for myself.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It's Bowtie. Look in the menu bar.
No idea what theme it is, mind. Probably best to look around MacThemes.
