Looking for "stable" headphone adapter with charging port

I'm looking for a new headphone adapter that includes a charging port for my iPhone 13 Pro. I have one already, but I've found that it disconnects easily with any sort of "bump" to the connection to the iPhone port. I want one that is stable enough to where this will not happen.

If the need for volume control is still a thing with the 13, then I'll need that functionality as well.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
