Looking for suggestions for an iPhone dock (w/ speakers)

I'm in the market for a dock for my iPhone and I can't find one that I'm happy with. Actually that's not entirely true - the Bose Sounddock is perfect except I don't have $400 to drop on it.

Here's what I'm looking for:

• Portability (can run on batteries)
• iPhone compatible
• Also works with iPods
• Deep, rich sound (I hate the wimpy ones that sound tinny and have no bass)
• Aux input & headphone jack

Any suggestions?

ilounge.com has some good reviews on the docks. there's a lot of docks w/ the NR = not rated but some have good grades ( go for these )
