I use Evernote's QuickNote as basically a secondary clipboard.
I never hit the "save to.." button, but I'll put info in there, hang onto it throughout my task/project, refer to it constantly, use my clipboard normally. Then deleted it when I'm done my task.
I can't work without out.
Are there any apps out there, besides ever note's quicknote, that is just a textarea in the menubar, intended to be use as a "secondary clipboard" / a "paste bin" / a "temporary text holder" ?
(reasoning: I'm phasing out Evernote in favour of OneNote [if I can find an alternative for the menu-textarea] and don't want to run the entire app for one of it's smallest features)
