i've seen the image posted in these forums before... but i've scoured the site and google to no luck.
you know when you boot a mac in either Jaguar or Panther, the grey screen has an animated image of rotating bars in a clockwise motion?

does anyone have this image?

Are you referring to this (e-coli's avatar ;))?:

thanks!!

that is the image, but not exactly the one i am looking for.

someone in the forum had posted a link to the image outside of the site, and it was much larger. Blue on Black. they were saying how it would make a cool t-shirt. i *might be able to use this, i need to freshen up my Illustrator skills.

EDIT: Oh yea, what would you call that image by the way? Is there a name for it?

A silly question, how to download this picture, the picture I get is a bmp file...

Using Safari on 10.3.3... I just dragged the image straight from browser to desktop and it saved it as a .gif.

Preview shows it as a still image, or rather multiple still images in the drawer, but opening it using Safari opened as an animation.

Hope that helps :)
