Hi

Apologies if this has been posted before, but after essentially looking for what feels like years (and probably is) for the complete app for reminders and tasks, I thought I'd ask for people's thoughts on here. I use a mix of GoodNotes 5 and Notability for note taking, and I really like these, but I also quite like One Note for its ability to mix quite easily with handwritten notes, but there's no real task management aspect.

Said app would need to have all of (ideally) the following:
  • cross platform - iOS / iPad OS and Mac;
  • reminders as simple as the Reminders app, with all the functionality therein such as dragging emails in to create new entries, sub tasks, reminders based on time / location / when messaging, Siri integration, but with...
  • the ability to hand write proper notes within each task or reminder, and ideally to have handwritten notes / diagrams with apple pencil
  • ideally, a chronological history of the task (though with a more feature-rich Notes section, this shouldn't be too important);
  • perhaps a better Today / iOS 14 Home Screen widget that's a little more intuitive or interactive.
I can't quite believe that you cannot drag an entry in Notes into Reminders in the way you can with an email, as this would probably be the solution. I've tried loads of apps of varying categories (note taking, calendars, tasks, reminders, etc) such as Things3, Fantastical, Day One, GoodTask (not a bad effort, that one), 2Do, Vantage, Agenda, Notion, Evernote, OmniFocus, Actions by Moleskin, Microsoft ToDo, Planny 3, Sorted, Any.do, the list goes on.........

Thanks
Ant
