The app is called WarnMe. Doesn't exist in the US. Currently available in European countries.

I didn't know sipped cameras were in use in the U.S. Red light cameras, yes, but not speed cameras.
Some states have them. I know New York City plans to install them on their intracity expressways… you know to catch people like me who drive 120 in a 55 zone.
