A few years ago I remember having a Cydia app that would give you info on what app caused your phone to respiring or crash. Does anyone know the name of it?

Thanks thats the app I found but for some reason I can't seem to figure out what caused a crash when it happens. Maybe I'm using the app wrong, should it be easier?
