Springtomize 2 does this on the lock screen. Or do you want it for inside the music app too?

Springtomize 2 is great. It has a lot of features. It's not free but it's definitely worth it.

Well holy crap. Thanks. I've been wanting to get rid of the album art on the lockscreen for quite some time now. I somehow missed that option in Springtomize2. Is there anything that it can't do?
