Hi everyone. I'm looking for two apps.

First, I want an app that will time how long the device has been on since last full charge. That way, I can track battery performance. I realize that battery drain depends on what your doing on the device but I typically use my device the same way. I want to know for example that when I first bought the device, a full charge used to last x hours and now it's only lasting y hours.

Second, I'd like a single app that will close all running apps so that I don't have to open the multi-tasking bar and close apps individually.

If you know of apps that perform these functions, I'd appreciate hearing from you. I've searched the app store with no luck.

You can use the stopwatch in the Clock App to time your uptime.

You will not find an app in the App Store that will close all of your running apps.

There may be an app like that available on Cydia if you jailbreak your iDevice, but someone more familiar with hacks will have to answer that question.
