a segment on the today show got me think'n of a will. Is there applications for the iMac that will help me achieve a where my so goes if i "die". Knock on wood :D. I'm 35 and no kids, so all my stuff goes to state if I don't do anything about it.

You don't need software to do a will. You can write a will in longhand. You will need to make someone that you trust aware of it. Software will make it pretty, legible, and will possibly account for legal differences among the states.

You don't have to buy software. There are websites that provide will preparation as a service. If you want to buy software, then you might look at this. Before you buy anything, however, you should ensure that it generates wills that account for your state's inheritance laws.
