The way i organize my phone is to have all my favorite and most used apps on the first page then all my favorite shortcuts on the second page.
Then all the rest are jumbled up over the next few pages and if I need one of them I will use search. I do not like folders because it would be a pain to actually organize everything like that plus I think they look awful!
Also my Calendar. To Do List, Safari and Outlook on the Dock
So that's why I am looking forward to the App Library letting Apple sort them all out then hide all the pages i do not use.
