Do you have a microphone?
Seriously, I needed one for a podcast episode last year, and the easiest way to get the sound I wanted was just to record it myself. In my case, it worked especially well because it was recorded at the same settings on the same hardware as most of the other parts of the recording, so it sounded much more natural.
You also don't have to worry about any sort of copyright issues...

Yes, hadn't thought of that. But the clip worked out better without it anyway.
