Looking to buy a Time Capsule, but....

I'm looking to buy a Time Capsule. We have more than one Mac to back up. Here is my question. We have wi-fi in our house, which our modem and router is connected to our old PC which we want to get rid of since we no longer need it, slow as hell anyway. If I connect my router and modem to the Time Capsule, will I have to set up a new network or will it recognize my current one.

the time capsule will take the place of your wireless router. so all you should need is the modem which connects to the time capsule. most likely everything will just work.
