iOS Looking to develop photo book / portfolio app:

Hey before getting butchered for asking this I just have one simple question.

I am a photographer and I want to create a photo book / portfolio app.

I want it to be very simple, think swiping though photos on the camera roll.

Can I do this myself easily with very little coding knowledge or should I hire someone? How much would you quote the project?

Could you write a website that does what you want (you can use Apple specific JS to get swipes etc). If so the simplest way would be to use a UIWebView to embed that. I would note that even if you want this on your phone and your phone only you have to pay Apple $99 (a year) for that...

Thanks. I am thinking of it more as a book not so much a portfolio.
