Looking to get a nice not so expensive case for my mac.

Built very well, and I just set my computer on top of it while using it, then put it back in when I'm done. It's padded relatively thick, enough to protect it inside my backpack.

i should have specified i didnt mean like an actual case case, i meant something that would protect go over it so it wont get any scratches or anything like that.

i was in the same position few days ago and found a couple of interesting ones.

Amazon, for all its glory doesn't really have a good selection. I found some from E-bay that were very interesting.

But you can try the book case from twelvesouth.com or a similar case from Moshi.

Since I am going to be carrying it in a padded bag anyways, i settled for a neoprene sleeve...
