I'm looking to upgrade my older 15" MBP SR 2.2 GHz laptop with a new MBP w/ anti-glare (MD318LL/A). Currently I've only seen them for sale through Apple (brick & mortar or online). Are there any other online retailers selling the anti-glare version of the MBP?

After looking some more it appears you can purchase them through:

  • Apple
  • MacMall
  • B&H Photo
  • eBay...

They are not all equal. B&H not only has BTO models in stock they also will not charge sales tax unless you live in NY plus their prices are often slightly discounted. Buying direct from Apple will take longer and cost more. But all, except perhaps for most ebay sellers, are Apple authorized retailers.

I am partially to B&H since I have purchased from them for many years and service is top notch. I'm also a big fan of Amazon

Yea, originally I bought my MBP on Amazon.com, but recently I haven't found the anti-glare models listed.

bump for any other reputable retailers selling the anti-glare version online... waiting for the BF deals.

So far (MBP 2.2Ghz, 500GB, 4GB RAM, AG)

Apple: $ 2073
MacMall: $ 1905
B&H: $ 1949
