Hello! I'm over here!
Hey, i wanted to speed up my old 2nd rev macbook, and i already have 2gbs of ram coming from onehotchili....i may be able to make a hard drive cuz im running out of space. (I hav 22.72 gbs free, so im not really running out, but i wanna install XP. Any other ways to future proof and/or speed up my macbook?

P.S. I'm doing this because im gonna me really jealous if my dad gets a macbook after the rumored sept update:D

Maybe take a back-up, then do a clean reinstall of OS X without unnecessary printer drivers or language installs.

You could get a 7200 rpm or high density 5400 rpm hard drive.
