So I'm still using an iPhone 6S. It's served me well in the three years I have had it. Overall it still works well. Nonetheless it seems time for an upgrade. I'm just not sure if I should buy new or used. I want to keep my current carrier plan because if I switch to a new plan with the new phone it will cost like $20-30 more per month. I pay $82 per month now with Fido in Canada which includes 6GB data per month. It's very rare that I go over those 6GB but this month I'm getting close for some reason. Also I have the "iPhone value pack" which includes Apples visual voicemail. You would think it would be standard feature but it's not even though Apple has had it since the iPhone first debuted. In any case I'm just wondering if it's better to buy used or buy new. Is it worth it to buy a used X or XS? If I buy a XR through Fido they only seem to have the 64GB available but I'd prefer to have 128GB if possible. I'd have to buy direct from Apple. I'd love the 11 Pro with the midnight green but it's so expensive. Even more so here in Canada. My brother works at an Apple Store so there is the possibility of getting a discount. Even so an 11 Pro would be still expensive. I like the XR/11 but it feels too big in my hand as I don't have big hands for a man. The X/XS/11 Pro is pretty close to the same physical size as my 6S but of course the screen fills the whole front. Just not sure which way to go. Any advice?
