Yes, and I'm glad to see Apple didn't take it as far. IMHO Microsoft has removed too many design elements and in some cases it isn't obvious what's available.

I wonder when the patent lawsuits will start.

It'd be interesting to see if Apple does the Windows and Android GUI elements better....
